Meet the Select Builders at UnitedXR Europe 2025

The UnitedXR Builders Program received applications from all over the world, with projects spanning AR, VR, MR, AI tools, training solutions, immersive entertainment, spatial design, and more. From this global pool, a curated group of finalists has been chosen for the Select Builder tier — the creators you’ll meet onsite in Brussels.

On 9 December, these teams will:

  • Deliver a 2-minute lightning talk on stage
  • Host a one-hour demo of their product or prototype
  • Join a speed networking session with investors and mentors

Here are the finalists, listed in alphabetical order, each bringing something original to the European XR community.

  • 2Sync GmbH (Germany)
    Develops an SDK for auto-adaptive Mixed Reality, making XR applications room-independent by mapping physical environments in seconds.
  • Artsphere (Algeria)
    An AR application that brings artworks to life by revealing pigments, their original colors, and how they have changed over time.
  • Augmency (Turkey)
    A high-tech spin off from Koc University Optical Microsystems Lab working on advanced optics and wearable AR.
  • Avatar Academy (Ireland)
    A unified SaaS platform turning complex SOPs into interactive, data-rich immersive training simulations.
  • Beamster – “Counterstrike for the real world” (Austria)
    The world’s first AR mobile shooter that turns a smartphone into a laser blaster, with 100+ games played worldwide.
  • Brain Symphony: Relax and Meditation (Romania)
    A VR wellness platform blending guided meditation, breathing exercises, and interactive nature environments.
  • Brandenburg Labs (Germany)
    Creators of intelligent “super hearing” headphones led by Prof. Karlheinz Brandenburg, father of mp3.
  • Cell Crush (Germany)
    An immersive XR adventure set inside the human body where players eliminate cancer cells while learning anatomy.
  • Cleenr World (Germany)
    Uses AR to make city cleanliness visible and turn urban cleanup into a shared activity.
  • Consensive GmbH (Germany)
    Turns complex machine explanations into immersive, interactive digital models for training and remote support.
  • Curvature Games / Reddie (Germany)
    Reddie – ReRun of Reality, a Portal-like MR puzzle game taking players on a redirected journey through the XR spectrum.
  • Donkey Hotel Oy (Finland)
    Immersive Live, a 180° stereoscopic remote attendance service for concerts, theatre, and events.
  • Doublepoint (Germany)
    Smartwatch-based gesture recognition enabling natural input for AI-powered smartglasses.
  • Enrapture (Belgium)
    A Brussels-based company building immersive experiences and a cross-platform virtual marketplace for creators.
  • forwARdgame – HUTAR (Germany)
    An AI-powered XR companion for elderly users featuring ultra-realistic avatars and spatial awareness.
  • Hydra Experiencenet (Belgium)
    Ultra-low-latency XR streaming from edge servers for high-fidelity XR without heavy hardware.
  • Inkphony (USA)
    An MR music-learning tool using the Quest 3 and Logitech MX Stylus to teach theory interactively.
  • LIVEO (France)
    VR live entertainment in photorealistic 180°/3D, captured up to 12K and available through their app.
  • Massera – Guided Massage (Netherlands)
    An MR app for guided home massage using hand tracking and spatial visual cues.
  • Metasteps (Greece)
    A no-code, web-first platform for creating and sharing immersive 3D environments.
  • NEB Network (Germany)
    Transforms cities into AR experience zones for exploring designs, voting, and sharing community feedback.
  • NEURAL BALANCE INNOVATION (France)
    Stimbox, an inner-ear stimulation device preventing cyber sickness and improving VR comfort.
  • Orthopracts.com SmPc (Greece)
    Vision Navi Hip, an AR surgical navigation system with AI-assisted alignment and real-time 3D mapping.

    WebAR cultural tours creating instant, app-free immersive experiences in cities and museums.
  • Tanit XR (Tunisia)
    A nonprofit preserving Tunisia’s cultural heritage through XR and 3D digitization.
  • Team Memoria (Germany)
    An AI-assisted journaling platform focused on privacy and family legacy.
  • UBR VR eSports Arena (Egypt)
    A mobile, free-roaming VR esports platform transforming spaces into gaming arenas.
  • Vic’s Science Studio (Slovakia)
    A VR chemistry lab helping STEM teachers run practical sessions safely and affordably.
