The UnitedXR Team can’t wait to welcome you to Brussels this December! Below are some important “Know Before You Go” details to help you make the most of your UnitedXR Europe experience.


Where and When is UnitedXR Europe Taking Place?

Event Dates: 8–10 December 2025

Event Venue Location: Maison de la Poste & Shed 1 (Tour & Taxis), Rue Picard 7, 1000 Brussels, Belgium


Early Badge Pick up 

  • Sunday, 7 December
    Early Badge Pick-Up — Shed 1 — 16:00–18:00

How do I get my badge?

All registrants must check in at the registration area (located inside Shed 1). You can check in using the QR code in your confirmation email or your “Know Before You Go” email. Scanning directly from your mobile device is recommended. If you can’t find your QR code, no problem — we can check you in by name.

Once checked in, your badge will be printed on the spot. Please wear your badge at all times during UnitedXR Europe (unless you are a speaker on stage).

Can I pick up badges for my colleagues?

Yes — if you’ll see your colleagues before they enter the event. Otherwise, it’s best they collect their own badges. Please note that we have a no badge reprint policy.

Can I wear my own lanyard?

For security reasons, please wear the UnitedXR lanyard provided at check-in. You’re welcome to wear your own in addition if you wish.

What happens if I lose my badge?

We have a no badge reprint policy. Please visit the Badge Assistance Desk for further help if needed.

I need a travel or Visa letter – can UnitedXR help?

Yes! Please request a travel or Visa letter at least 3 business days before your trip using the Contact Us form.

What is the event attire?

Smart casual — comfortable and ready for networking and exploring the XR experiences!

How do I get to the venue?

Maison de la Poste & Shed 1 are part of Tour & Taxis, easily accessible by metro, tram, and bus. Find transport info on the Hotel & Venue page.

Are meals provided?

Meals are not included with your ticket**. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue and nearby cafés. **Exception:  XR Awards Gala dinner ticket holders will receive dinner on Tuesday 9 December 2025.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue for basic browsing and email use.

Are there charging outlets?

Yes, charging points will be available throughout the venue, but we recommend starting the day with fully charged devices, bringing a portable power bank and having any necessary EU plug adapters with you.

Will there be a coat check at UnitedXR?

Yes, coat check will be available each event day at both Maison de la Poste and Shed 1.

Lost & Found

Please visit the Help Desk at Registration inside Shed 1 for any lost or found items during the event.

Is there an event app?

Yes! UnitedXR Europe event app will be available soon to plan your agenda, explore exhibitors, and connect with other attendees. Details will be shared by mid-November.
