United XR Europe Code of Conduct
United XR Europe is committed to fostering a harassment-free event experience for everyone regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body type, religion, or political views.
United XR Europe does not tolerate harassment of conference attendees or participants in any form. Anyone violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers.
Expected Behavior
- Respectful Communication: Engage with others in a positive and respectful manner. Avoid offensive language, discriminatory remarks, and personal attacks.
- Inclusive Environment: Embrace diversity and promote an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism in all interactions, whether in-person or online.
- Collaborative Engagement: Encourage collaboration and open dialogue. Be considerate of differing perspectives.
- Compliance with Policies: Adhere to all event and venue policies and guidelines related to conduct, safety, and security.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment: Harassment includes unwelcome comments, offensive jokes, intimidation, stalking, unwanted attention, or any form of discriminatory behavior.
- Disruptive Conduct: Disruptive behavior that interferes with the event, including talks, sessions, or activities, is unacceptable.
- Hate Speech: United XR does not tolerate any hate speech or any form of expression that promotes discrimination, violence, or harm.
- Unauthorized Recording: Recording sessions, talks, or other content without permission is prohibited.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you experience or witness a violation of the United XR Europe Code of Conduct, please notify United XR Europe staff immediately. United XR Europe reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to warning, expulsion from the event and venue without a refund, and/or reporting to the appropriate authorities.
