How it works:

You bring the great ideas and apps—we’ll help you showcase your XR event tech or community gathering as part of the official United XR Europe conference experience. We’ll work with activation partners to ensure you have space, visibility, and marketing coverage for a great event. United XR will review all proposals for activations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Open, accessible activations and experiences that are aligned with United XR’s goals for in-person events will be selected, at United XR’s discretion, on the merit of their idea and the partner’s ability to deliver their proposed activation in the required timeframe. Except in rare cases, apps should be cross-platform or web-based to be considered.

What you get:

As contributors to a United XR Europe event, activation partners may receive: free passes to United XR, reserved times and spaces at United XR events, listings on events calendars, marketing support, and the chance to connect with and delight a community of thousands of XR pros and enthusiasts.

The deadline to share your Activations ideas is November 12.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. All applications will be responded to by November 20.
