cANCELATION POLICY

 

Things happen, we understand. You can get a refund* on your pass one month prior to the event.

 

Please see the TWO options below
  • OPTION 1: Regardless of when you purchased your pass: If you cancel by midnight Central European Time (CET) 30 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid (less a 5% service fee). United XR Europe: 30 days prior to the 2025 event is Saturday, 8 November 2025. After 12:01am CET 29 days out from the first event date, there are no refunds.
  • OPTION 2: You also have the option of transferring your pass to someone else, which you can do by contacting our registration team at registration@unitedxr.eu.

Changing Hotel Reservations

If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
