UNITED XR EUROPE
We’re on the lookout for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help make United XR Europe a success! Volunteers play an essential role in supporting the team during Europe’s ultimate XR event, happening in 8-10 December 2025, in Brussels.
Onsite volunteers can anticipate a variety of activities, such as Registration, Brand Promotion, Exhibitor Support, Speaker Support and Guest Management. In order to best serve our attendees and create an awesome experience for all, volunteers are assigned to positions that meet the critical event needs at the time of your shift (s). We appreciate your flexibility!
We love our volunteers, and offer the following as a "thank you" for your help:
- A 3-Day conference pass.
- A special Volunteer Networking Event the day prior to the event.
- A dedicated Volunteer Slack Channel to network with fellow volunteers before the event and then to use as a Group Chat during the event.
